Children may also become frustrated if they are expected to try and solve a problem that is outside their control. The tiredness may affect their behaviour during the day. Bedwetting is caused by laziness or naughtiness – mythĭisturbed sleep (from the full bladder signals that are not enough to wake them) makes children feel more tired in the day. However, because the signals are still being sent by the bladder to the brain, children with bedwetting are likely to have poorer sleep quality than children who are dry.
